I'm an  insured certified home inspector. I have worked   27   years as a carpenter (18   of the years as a foreman).  As an inspector, I feel it is important to be up-to-date with current inspection requirements.  I also feel a professional report is a priority. In addition to my inspection certificaton and construction background, I am OSHA certified and a skilled welder. For several years   I have been voted Readers' Choice Winner.
